The room itself is quite spacious, including the bathroom, and the interior lighting gives it a nice modern look. However, donât be misled by the name suggesting proximity to the U.S. Consulate â itâs a very small hotel with only a few rooms and hardly anyone at the reception.I needed a printout for my visa interview, but they couldnât even arrange that, which was quite inconvenient. There were no details provided with the room key, such as Wi-Fi information. The charging ports are only Indian-type connectors, so U.S. plug pins wonât fit â unlike most other hotels that provide universal sockets. The water pressure was extremely low, making it difficult to take a shower or use the toilet spray. Towels were not clean, and no complimentary water was provided in the room. While the lighting and design look good at first glance, the room itself wasnât properly cleaned.Overall, I would rate this stay 4/10 for cleanliness and overall experience.
