Parking was easy with plentiful spaces.The lobby was small and we had to call the hotel to get someone to come and check us in. The room was clean and of a comfortable size, hosting the usual appliances and necessities. The king sized bed had a comfortable mattress, but not enough pillows - we asked for and got more plus a blanket. Controlling the heat was a bit challenging as was getting hot water to the tub which had no grab bars. The location was convenient. to where we wanted to travel. Overall, a 3.5 of 5 is our rating.

The cleanliness was above and beyond. Access to the property was easy and convenient. Safety was a big factor and I felt well protected in the area we were in off the main hustle and bustle near the casino.

Plenty of parking. The front desk is almost always unmanned which requires you to call and wait for the person to come back. When they clean they only make your bed and replace towels, don't take trash or refill anything. The AC is loud. The walls are very thin so you'll hear your neighbor.

Staff was terrible, standing water in the shower, and hallways had a terrible stench. Breakfast was fruit loops old otis spunkmeyer muffins, yogurt, and fruit cups. Good luck!
