We were a bit hesitant to book since the only option left was a smoking room, but to our surprise, it didn’t smell at all or show any signs of being used as one. That was a huge relief! The bathroom was quite small, but the beds were comfortable and we slept well. The complimentary bag left on the table was a really nice touch and made us feel welcome. Even though we didn’t arrive on motorcycles, it was great to see that the hotel offers rags at the front desk to help clean off bikes. Coming from a biker family, I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we’d be happy to return.

Clean room. Beds were a little small for two people-I thought I remembered them being bigger last year. Nice staff. Okay selections for breakfast. Quiet beautiful area. Will probably stay there again next year.

Okay desk service

I would have gave 5 stars, but cannot. The reason being is due to the morning desk staff. The lady at he counter acted like it was below her to get out of the chair in the office to help us. When she did, she was very rude to us because we were making her do her job. The afternoon staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

Very clean room. All staff we came into contact with were very helpful and friendly. Carolyn is outstanding! Parking a large pickup was a little difficult due to construction containers stored in the parking lot in front of the rooms. Definitely will stay again next time we’re in town.

We liked the location. There's a nice view of the mountain and the surrounding area. I liked the plants and trees. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't get to try the pool or outdoor patio. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast because it wasn't as good as the one at the Best Western in Georgia. Also the breakfast room is small. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

So clean & pretty inside and out! Absolutely beautiful mountain views..kind staff..good breakfast, waffle maker, cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit & more. Walmart & shopping & restaurants 5 minutes down the road. Felt very comfortable & safe during our stay :) Hope to go back one day!

In our room, the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I've slept on in a long time. Also, the bathrooms for some mysterious reason, have no exhaust vent. There's a small, 4x6 vent-like thing in the wall, but that is definitely not an exhaust vent. The property is located very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, which is great. Staff was very friendly. They just need to upgrade the beds and put some exhaust fans in the rooms and that will help.
