HUGE disappointment

Either this motel or your service needs to update their site information. A large part of my reason to stay at this location was that the posted info said that a pool was available, and upon asking about the pool the next morning, I was told that it had been shut down and no longer in use and that it had been closed for at least a year. We had not stayed at this location for some time as we hadn’t been in Cheyenne needing to choose a motel for some time. We have stayed at this location several times over the years, which my travel history will show with the long time usage of hotels.com for most of our travel needs. However, this is the last time we’ll stay at this location, as I like to have a pool at the least and a hot tub if it’s available.

Front desk staff was great. Maintenence was helpful. Highly suggest management improve the room condition before hitting geusts for a substantial deposit. This includes a corner chunk missing from the plaster equaling one half of a silver dollar in size. Table under TV had multiple nicks and gauges and table to left of TV was missing finish along length of piece. Toilet seat needed tightening, lamp to left ofTV was not operational. TV remote needed repeated zaps until I obtained a different remote from front geust. Continental breakfast was fine for a light meal.

Little rough around the dog area, many guests not cleaning up after their dogs. Evening front clerk, Zeus, was excellent. Helped me out with a couple issues i had. VERY helpful
