Every day, he greeted us with genuine warmth and a smile that made our hearts feel at home. His thoughtfulness and gracious energy truly elevated our experience. Ploy, the talented barista at the hotel café, made my mornings magical. She remembered my special coffee request without hesitation and always crafted each cup with care, joy, and artistry. Her heart is as good as her coffee—absolutely golden. Punchaya, our room service angel, took care of our space with precision and love. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged. It was clear she wanted us to feel cared for in every detail—from fresh bedding to sparkling bathrooms. Even the security guards went above and beyond. Fantastic location, right in the middle of everything lots and lots of dining shopping and bar options. Good rooftop pool and gym. Cocktails seemed very light on alcohol and be prepared to wait. Excellent breakfast buffet.
