Pretty much the perfect stay. Beautiful well equipped room, comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was exceptional. One (very) minor quibble about the lack of an elevator but that's due to the nature of the property, and the stairs were manageable. Lovely artwork throughout the hotel and stylish decoration.

My favourite hotel in Chiang Mai! The rooms are big and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It feels like home away from home. Our week stay was outstanding. The room was spacious, huge fruit bowl in our room, terrific bath sheets. A medical event brought Nidnoi with us to the hospital where she stayed until the resolution and return to the hotel. The property name could not be more accurate.

Our room was towards the back, large a nice and also quiet but not really any view at all from the room. The larger rooms towards the street has more view but noice from the street is probably also more evident. Fair breakfast, wonderful art and old furnitures from Burma. The hotel only has 9 rooms over 3 floors with no elevator (not really a problem for us).
