I would definitely stay here again. The staff were super nice, friendly, and helpful especially Game. She went out of her way to help us plan activities, such as local markets, temples, visiting the elephant sanctuary, transportation, and much more! Our room was on the second floor and we had a view of One Nimman. The kids really enjoyed the pool and had tons of fun. The green tea waffles and red velvet pancakes for breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again, the experience was superb.

Never during Songkran

Overall a great hotel. However, the constant noise and chaos of staying during Songkran was unbearable. Constant dance music until midnight or later each night and the windows to the street aren’t soundproof. It made it very difficult to be there, especially with a toddler. I would stay here again, but never during Songkran.

A pretty modern hotel with a great breakfast buffet full of great variety - Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, and American, and it changes everyday for at least half of it. Only thing is that the bathroom is glass, so not much privacy. Our bathroom door also didn't close all the way. It's in a good area though.
