Kann ich nur abraten

Zum Appartement muss man sagen der einzige Vorteil es ist Strandnah. Das Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Miethauses 6. Etage. Der Eingang bzw dieses Dachgeschoss erinnert eher an eine Bodekammer. Beim Öffnen der Tür kam schon ein etwas modriger Geruch aus dem Appartement. Kaputte Fussbodenfliesen an der sich meine Tochter den Fuß aufschnitt,Defekter Klodeckel, Stockflecken und für Menschen über 1,80 nur im Sitzen duschen. Das Appartement ist total abgelebt und ich sehe das als Betrug. Das Highlight ist die Bahnstrecke die direkt hinterm Haus vorbeigeht. Alle 10 -15 Minuten fährt ein Zug vorbei. Von der Wahrnehmung her als würde er direkt durchs Haus fahren. Wir sind seit langem mal wieder froh gewesen nach Hause zu kommen. Bildmaterial ist vorhanden aber der Vermieter reagiert gar nicht auf die Mängel.
