Beim Check-in wurden wir ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um ein rauchfreies Hotel handelt und das Rauchen im gesamten Gebäude verboten ist. Umso überraschender war es, als wir unser erstes Zimmer betraten: Es roch deutlich nach Rauch und zusätzlich bemerkten wir Schimmel an den Wänden. Das Zimmer hatte zudem kein Fenster, was den Eindruck noch unangenehmer machte. Wir gingen daraufhin zur Rezeption und erhielten problemlos ein anderes Zimmer. Dieses hatte zwar ein Fenster und roch nicht nach Rauch, allerdings fanden wir auch hier Schimmel, besonders im Bereich der Dusche. Das Frühstück war zwar grundsätzlich reichhaltig, allerdings sehr turbulent und chaotisch. Außerdem entsprach es unserer Meinung nach nicht nach einem interkontinentalen Frühstück (was so aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung des Hotels beschrieben ist). Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt leider nicht überzeugt, und wir würden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

我們這次住的是獨立車庫房，房間坪數大，有按摩大浴缸，但因為是開放式的，房間會比較潮濕，但有提供除濕機，唯一美中不足的是，蓮蓬頭的水壓蠻小的，洗頭真的很不好沖洗。 早餐的部分中規中矩，有提供中式西式的自助吧，可自由選擇，服務人員都很親切。 整體來說，地理位置雖然不在市區，但開車過去熱鬧的嘉義市區大概10分鐘左右，其實也蠻方便的，住獨立車庫房也不怕外出回來沒有車位停。

獨立車庫跟寬敞的房間讓人心情愉悅，非常適合帶孩子出遊渡假，早餐很有在地特色，遊戲室跟頂樓的交誼空間也都非常棒。 不過可惜這次遇到房內的按摩浴缸無法使用（事前未接到相關通知），及B1遊戲室有滴水的情況，期待下次入住時這些問題已改善。

這家是主要以親子為對象的住宿。環境滿好的，但對於只想要安靜環境的住客來說，就有點吵，因為會有小朋友在房間內亂跑，你就會常常聽到樓上有跑步聲。

天成飯店繪日之丘

住宿當天晚上嘉義的溫度13度，飯店空調居然沒有暖氣，整個晚上房間都很冷幾乎睡不著這是一件很糟糕的事情. 其餘在吃的這一方面這家飯店做得很好，又早餐及宵夜,訂房屬於車庫型房間，所以停車沒有問題.

非常愉快的旅遊

整個房間整體非常的乾淨舒適，只是提供的嬰兒床比較像遊戲床。飯店八樓免費提供的遊戲室，真的是非常吸引小朋友，這次住宿很幸運，剛好遇到飯店有提供住宿旅客可享用星光晚餐，餐點雖然簡簡單單，但是都是能夠吃飽的。下次還是會再來體驗不同的房型。
