Great spot for some friends to get together. Free parking is guaranteed late at night, but difficult to find in the mornings. The street that the property is on has non-permit street parking. CTA red line is a few minutes walking, so we had no issues traveling to our event without driving. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating for some last-minute guest arrangements
Not one of these fancy, interior-design-focused places by any means, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable, great water pressure, high quality keurig and appliances, and an incredible incredible location. Highly recommended.
This worked perfectly for our our long weekend trip. It was clean. There was plenty of room to accommodate 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids). We had to pay for parking but there are paid lots nearby where we parked 3 vehicles with no issues.
Perfect for what we were looking for. This was a great space for us. We had 3 adults and 3 teens sharing the space and it was exactly what we needed after the long days of volleyball. We were an easy 20 minute walk to McCormick Place where we spent most of our time, Chinatown had amazing food, there was a Walgreen's that was a 5-minute walk away. The 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms gave enough space to not feel like we were on top of each other. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets if needed.
We did not have a vehicle so parking wasn't an issue for us, but if we had I am not confident that we would have found parking on our street.
There are a few short flights of stairs to get to the unit, but it wasn't bad. The worst part was carrying the heavy luggage up and down, but nothing to complain about.
There are restaurants everywhere, so much we wanted to try and not enough time to try them all.
We will be back for sure!
My group really enjoyed our stay. There was a total of 9 of that stayed. There were plenty of extra beds in this 4 bedroom condo. If you are unable to do stairs, then this would not be a good property for you. The only pain point for us was parking. The main parking area for this property is on the street. Half of it is pay to park and the other half is free parking. The street fills quickly! Pay to park is about $2.50 and hour with a max of two hours. If you park in the pay to park area you have to stay on top of it. We did preload for pay to park but we were not notified when the money ran out!
It was a fantastic location to return to after long days of seeing the city. Will absolutely book again in the future. Only recommendation is if dry air easily affects you to bring a travel humidifier and the building has very dry air.
The only inconvenience was the stairs we where in the 3rd floor and had to carry all the luggage up and the parking space but other than that it was very clean we had restaurants all over walking distance definitely we will book it again. Thank you so much
My parents, an aunt, husband and two children stayed at this space comfortably. The bunk room was great for the kids and everything was very clean. As with most city spaces, the living spaces werenât large, but having the two living spaces connected was great. Parking was sometimes tricky as it was a holiday weekend, but definitely not impossible. We would absolute stay again!
