Right in the heart of downtown Chicago. Ideal for everything downtown. A vehicle is not required. Penthouse included everything advertised and more. I loved the skyline view as well as the gym.

The hosts did a great job explaining the amenities in their condo, in the building, and in the surrounding neighborhood (along with important detailed access instructions). The condo had everything you need for pleasure and business travelers along with great views of the Hancock Tower, Near North, and Lake Michigan. The area is best explored on foot so leave your car parked and get some steps in.

Great stay

We highly recommend this place. Very clean and nice and we felt very safe here. Fantastic views and all the amenities you need. The full sized gym was very nice and very clean. This will be our go to stay every time we visit Chicago. Bonus is the grocery store next door and great restaurants within easy walking distance. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

The Best Part of Chicago

This beautiful penthouse was absolutely breath taking at every view. Along with the best seat in the house, it was super clean, very spacious and close to everything!! It had everything stocked in it to make it feel like home. Another huge plus was the grocery store on the bottom floor corner spot. The owners were wonderful and communicative the entire trip. I would 100 out of 100 recommend choosing this penthouse for your stay in Chicago!

Perfect Chicago Getaway Spot

We had a perfect stay in the 52nd floor penthouse. The apartment was equipped with everything we could possibly need and was very clean. Check in/out was smooth. Great communication from owners. Location was excellent and close to everything you could want! Awesome views in a great building. I would 10/10 recommend staying here. We will definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Chicago!

We are frequent travelers, and this was the BEST stay we have ever had at a VRBO or similar rental service. The views are INCREDIBLE, and the location is walk to any and everything. Great communication. Comfy bed, we loved it and will be back again for sure.

Great location with great views

This was a great location and a wonderful apartment with fantastic views! It was so nice to have a grocery store downstairs and a real kitchen for days when I had meetings from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm and could make something at "home" late at night and not go out again or wait for delivery.

Family getaway to Chicago

My husband & I brought my nephew to “the big city” from Kansas City, MO & had a fantastic time! Location was perfect to see so much w/ easy ride options for farther away destinations, while the views from the unit are some of the best we’ve had while traveling. Would recommend to anyone!

Questionable Checkin Process, Great Property

The property manager required I send sensitive personal data (photo of gov't identification, names of my children) to them via SMS or email prior to check in... My objections were met with "so you'd like to cancel the booking?". Rearranging travel plans mid-trip was highly undesirable, so I assumed this massive risk of identity theft and sent the information. The stranger I was communicating with confirmed receipt, then ordered me to PRINT some paperwork. I replied that we were already in the middle of an extended multi-week vacation (we fully intended to make this and other bookings mid-trip to allow us flexibility with dates) and therefore without access to a printer. The host stated that I should "take an Uber to Kinkos" because without this printed paperwork, we would be denied entry. This was an extremely frustrating, atypical, and risky booking process, so while I will not book again any property from this host, the place itself and the location were all as described
