I didn’t like that. They showed a Hot Tub in the picture but told us it wasn’t accessible to the guest. That’s very misleading. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to enjoying the hot tub.

I was in town for a wedding and seeing as it as had been 20 years I wanted to stay downtown. Unfortunately, I didnt remember a lot about the city so I took a chance. I researched several places and decided on ACME. Upon arrival Michael & Jennifer were more than accommodating by checking us in early. Then they shared with me another employee at the front shared the same exact name as me (first and last), this is when I started to realize I had made a wise decision. Once I started to venture out around the city I could not believe the hotels close proximity to everything. We were able to explore the city with ease which made our trip so enjoyable then to top it off we were greeted daily by such an amazingly personable staff (Kenishia, Jennifer, Michael & Jerome). ACME will be my go to hotel from now on when I'm in Chicago because not only is it centrally located but the staff solidified that this is the best option for me
