The room met our needs and the price was reasonable. However it was not well-lighted.room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Decor was a little too “goth” for my taste.

The location was unbeatable. Everything was lovely while we were there! I only gave two stars because of the terrible service after we left. My daughter left a shopping bag in the room. We contacted ACME via phone call and text asking if we could pay to have it shipped home. We were not able to get a response after four attempts.

I LOVE this hotel. The room was clean, cool and hip. I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and there was plenty of space to move around. The bar downstairs is the best with knowledgeable mixologists who make unbelievable cocktails. The location couldn’t be better for my needs.

We stayed at ACME Hotel for a girls' getaway and couldn’t have picked a better spot! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was exactly what we wanted — fun, edgy, and full of personality. The lobby alone sets the tone with cool decor and a trendy, boutique feel. The rooms are super clean, modern, and made for relaxing in between our outings. Yes, they’re a little compact, but they’re smartly designed — we had plenty of space for our bags, makeup, and all the essentials. The rainfall showers were a treat after long days out, and the beds were so comfortable. Bonus: The syaff was really nice, helpful, and accommodating. They provided excellent tips. The location is unbeatable — we walked to the Magnificent Mile, Riverwalk, and had amazing restaurants and bars just minutes away. Great spot for shopping, photos, and nightlife.
