When arrived. Toilet needed fixing, shower knob was loose so it was hard to get a good temperature of water because the knob wouldn’t stay in place. Fridge knob was broken to turn the temp up in the fridge. Pillows were horrible like I didn't have anything. I had asked for a lake view, paid for it, and I couldn’t see it. Definitely can hear everything in the hotel room. Staff could be more social.

Parking is far away. Had to lug our luggage 2 blocks. The room was so stuffy, the heat/air was so loud it sounded like lawn mower starting up. The location is nice, that’s it.

Location was great. We could walk to several attractions. If you are going to a bears game very easy to walk to. The bakery/coffee shop connected to it was great. The hotel is a little dated but clean and safe. The only down side was the dog park right next door. I love dogs but waking up at 5 am to the barking is not how i want to wake up.

For the price NO. The best option if it is available is to stay somewhere near the end of one of the L-trains with a day pass and make your way in and around town. Everyone I ask sad the noise from the mechanical things on the roof (9th) floor rooms was horrible. On my floor the road noise and the L-train was almost load. Sub $250 it’s OK, anything higher it’s a VERY maybe stay for me. Dinning options around the area a very good.

Staff was very professional, kind, and knowledgable. The room was clean. The facility it was well clean. The shops were just on the first floor of the hotel. I do recommend to provide a pen and maybe something for the customer to write on. For example, a small notepad. Many people who visit this area may need that small accommodation for work. The computer chair squeaks in the room squeaks. It needs some polyurethane grease. I can hear the noise from outside on the 6th floor.
