Great neighborhood, but a lot of road noise and thin windows so you could hear anyoneâs conversation walking by. Not a lot of natural night and one of the bedrooms has windows to a stairwell that had people stomping up and down all night. Spacious living room and dining room, but the bedrooms are absolutely tiny and the double bed was tough for two to sleep in. Would be better for 3 people than 4. Probably wouldnât book again.
The place was great, clean and exactly what I needed. The heat wasnât working and I couldnât figure out how to fix it so unfortunately it was just too cold to be comfortable.
The apartment was beautiful - clean, stylish, and comfortable. Christine communicated well and provided water in the fridge and neatly folded towels on each bed. I particularly enjoyed that the bathroom and one room had full length mirrors for getting ready and the shower was glorious. It was the perfect place to stay for my show at Metro, which was a short easy walk away. The only challenge was parking (I had to use a Spot Hero space 1.5 miles away because of a Cubs game taking all closer spaces).
Nice place.....clean, comfortable beds, PERFECT location for our weekend activities! Within walking distance to MANY places to eat. Nice neighborhood. I would stay here again, definitely.
Easy check-in and check-out. Perfect location for a Cubs game or just to hang in Wrigleyville. Walkable neighborhood and close proximity to the Chicago"L" train. Accessible paid parking lot located across the street.
We were in Chicago for soccer games that were at Soldier Field. We are a family 5 of and three of the five were our three children that are aged from 10 to 7. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The home was comfortable and clean and the host was amazing with communication. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are attending events in the city of Chicago, especially Wrigley Field as it was walking distance from the location. Not to mention, we were close to a lot of nice places to eat and very close to the beach. We definitely will be back to Chicago and would rent this cozy apartment again!
The location is very convenientâjust a 15-minute walk from Boystown and 6 minutes from some great breakfast spots. One mattress should be replaced, as it is quite worn. Everything else was fine. I'm not a big fan of noisy window AC units, especially since Iâm a light sleeper; even with earplugs, the noise was still bothersome.
The lockbox for the key is a bit trickyâI imagine others might find it difficult to open as well.
Overall, the place was more affordable than other options, so Iâd give it 4 stars.
