Perfect location in the heart of the city. everything you wanna do is a walk or short drive away. clean property polite staff. indoor pool and gym was nice. pool was a little small. everything you needed was right on site. wish they had a microwave in the room but that was the only downside about the room. overall great stay

very much enjoyed my stay and probably would stay again. it was super close to a lot of major attractions. pool was nice, clean and warm, it was smaller than expected tho. our standard room was nice and modern with a half way decent view, the room itself could’ve been way cleaner imo but nothing baffling. parking garage was accessible thru the hotel paid $70 a night. overall would recommend if your looking for something affordable with basic amenities

I have stayed at several downtown Chicago hotels, and this was probably the best. I asked for a good city view and got their last corner room on the 20th floor. Every time I set any bags from finished takeout food outside the door, it was gone within 20 minutes. Housekeeping came the day I requested. Room was clean and comfortable, and the fitness center was adequate. And the location can't be beat. I will definitely stay there again during future trips.
