We were startled by someone entering. unannouced, and quickly left, our room before 8:30 am on our second day there. When called, the operator said "It COULD have been cleaners and then blamed us for not hanging our DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door.

They couldn’t find our reservation, then the room wasn’t right. We had no towels. Found hair in the refrigerator. The room/ elevator keys didn’t work half the time. No vending machine for late night. Parking was insanely expensive a night. Very rude staff and they didn’t tell us the pool outdoor area was not open.

Love the location of this hotel! I was disappointed the outside patio was under construction with no notice. Bed sheets were actually dirty upon initial stay and only noticed a few days later- you need to inspect rooms before guests come.

Excellent staff. You will feel well taken care of. Good location, good views of the city. Make sure you call and see if the pool is open, it was closed for repairs.
