Everything was great except that there was only one elevator working, room was not very clean, blow dryer was very sticky and dirty, we had to ask for a different one, and the sink was not draining well, needs plumbing work.

I usually enjoy staying at this hotel and have visited several times because of the convenient location and comfort. However, during my most recent stay, I was really disappointed by how things were handled when one of the elevators was out of service. Only one elevator was working the entire time, which caused long wait times and even made me late to an important event. I spoke with other guests who said they had been told for several days that the elevator was being fixed, but there didn’t seem to be any progress. What made things worse was that the stairwell didn’t feel like a safe or clean alternative—it looked poorly maintained, which was concerning. If there were an emergency, I would’ve been hesitant to use it. I truly hope management can address these issues soon. I’d also appreciate it if a supervisor or property manager could reach out to me directly to discuss this experience and the possibility of some form of compensation. I really do enjoy staying here and would love to continue doing so once these concerns are resolved.
