This property and many other embassy suites would benefit from some remodeling. Cole’s are dark and dreary. Rooms need some color upgrades. Staff was great, very accommodating and friendly.

We had the nosiest room and asked to be moved. Without looking at her computer the front desk said she didn’t have anything available. One another shift started that had no problem finding a quieter room. Then our toilet overflowed. Maintenance was fast but housekeeping had to be called 3 times. When the man arrived, he threw a towel on the floor and with his foot wiped the peed water dry. Without soap or any cleaning solution. He did say it was perfect as he walked out the door.

The first room I was given was 220. It was musty and moldy smelling. I asked the front desk to give me a new room and he did. No apology or anything just switched rooms. The second room was fine but a little dated, especially the bathroom.

The housekeeping staff wasn't very friendly. I stayed for 4 nights and had to request twice for them to clean my room. The second time I requested, the room attendant only took out the garbage and changed some of the towels. I kept the DND on for the remainder of my stay. Didn't want to deal with the staff anymore after that.
