Booked a king, got a double. Then the attendant basically said that it was the app’s fault for over selling rooms that were available. I love embassy hotels and I’ve never had a complaint until now. The table in the room was dirty, it had like dried juice/soda. Didn’t they see that? The remote didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible! The pancakes could’ve been hockey pucks. The sausage were gray, I asked could it be cooked a few sausage be cooked a little longer, the guy graciously agreed but never returned with my sausage. The original room I was in, the phone didn’t work. $5 for a can soda. I wish I would’ve paid the $30 extra dollars to stay at the embassy magnificent mile which was only a few blocks away. I stayed there in September and I loved it. Did I mention the hair that was not mines on the floor. So frustrating!

There was an overwhelming marijuana smell in many of the areas of the hotel. The staff was helpful in moving our room due to overwhelming smell. The breakfast serving staff was not overly friendly but the clean up crew sure was. The tiny pillows were disappointing.
