Unacceptable Stay – Guests Smoking and Staff Ignored Complaints My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite being a non-smoking property, guests were openly smoking in their rooms and hallways. The smell was overwhelming and made the entire floor unpleasant and uncomfortable. I reported this issue multiple times to the front desk, expecting quick action — but nothing was done. The staff showed no urgency or concern, and management completely failed to enforce their own non-smoking policy. Allowing people to smoke indoors is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to other paying guests. This experience ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. If you value cleanliness, safety, or basic comfort.

The location was so spectacular. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I stayed in the panoramic room and it gave me exactly what I was expecting which was nice views. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an average stay, some good and some bad stuff. The hotel staff were pleasant and mostly helpful. Although I received a room upgrade, the room had a bad smell caused (I suspect) by mold I found growing on the ceiling of the shower. Overall the facilities were a bit tired. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room didn’t match the pictures at all. It was very generic. Not boutique as described. The air conditioner in the room was horribly loud. The spa was nice and we did have great massages.
