No room service try calling to make reservations no one answered when we got to room try calling down to the desk no answer had to go down to desk to get towels one night couple rooms down from us a guest had a couple dogs and were barking all night it is the worst experience i had in all the times i stayed at hotels i would never recommend this hotel to anyone it was a nightmare

Although the staff was very pleasant... the room wasnt throughly clean... the shower head had electrical tape on it and fir the last 2 night we had no wifi service.

Absolutely terrible! EVERYTHING was dirty. Fridge was moldy. Bathroom disgusting and no soap! Stains on bedding we are thankful we had blankets in the car. Room stunk. People live in this hotel. Go to the travel lodge by Wyndham downtown. It’s the same price, more convenient and it’s CLEAN. That’s where we went for our second night because we were NOT spending another second in this dump.

You have to be clear on what your needs are. If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay, then this might be it. You will have to be comfortable with the environment, as there are people that seem to live at the place. As such, there were men “hanging• outside. This was in the morning when I left, and also in the evening when I returned. I was not afraid, but was cognizant of my surroundings. At no time did any of the men say anything to me. I did get a few stares, however. The facility meet my needs. It was a roof over my head, and was reasonably clean. I was in Chicago for a conference, and was only in the room to sleep. Check-in was seamless. The person at the desk was pleasant enough. My room was clean.

The room we stayed in was clean enough. The whole place just had a very cold vibe. Not cold as in temperature, cold as in prison-like. Weird smells. Only stayed one night but that was too much tbh. They also took a $100 deposit which left a bad taste in my mouth.

The guy at the desk was friendly and helpful. First room smelled of marijuana and asked to change rooms. Room did have roaches. Curtain was barely holding to the wall. Entrance also had mild smell of vomit. Guest had a chair in front entrance smoking. Window screens knocked out and on the ground.
