Awesome location, but very dirty. Blood on curtains separating quads… hole in the wall… the shower was very scummy.. food that was NOT ours crammed down in mattresses. Staff were nice and location perfect.

The bathroom had a leak under the sink, and there was water all over the floor and the hotel staff refused to fix it. The lights in the beds in the shared room didn’t work. The room was also not properly cleaned. The lobby is closed in the mornings, so if you wake up early, you can’t sit there. The hotel staff refused to return my backpack. They asked for the claim ticket, but I explained that my wallet—with the ticket inside—was in the backpack. Despite this, they still refused to give it back. The lock they provided for securing my backpack in the room didn’t work. Additionally, there wasn’t enough soap or toilet paper in the bathroom, and the toilet kept clogging. I don't not recommend staying in this hotel

Great experience the place had this bohemian 1970's vibe to it which I liked. There is no pool and there's no outside to hang out so everything has to be done inside in the lounge or at the bar. The room and shower was super clean, and the environment was nice and quiet so it was a nice chill Hangout. Super friendly attendance /workers and very convenient to walk to everything downtown Chicago

We stayed for a couple of days in a Queen room. The bedroom is low and there were some stains, things were left from previous stays (sunglasses and some clothes) there was some paint coming off one side of the wall overall not a great option considering all of the above.
