I had a great stay and would absolutely come here again. The location was excellent. I was able to walk to so many places including the hospital which became very important when my husband unexpectedly had a medical situation and spent our two Chicago days there.Coming from a small town, the area felt a little intimidating at first, but once I saw how secure the building was and experienced how kind and welcoming people were, I felt completely safe and appreciated the location even more. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated and exactly as described. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We did have one brief issue with the elevator but maintenance arrived quickly and fixed it with in minutes. The host had also explained that a freight elevator was available if needed so it was never a concern. What stood out most was the host communication was excellent from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was simple and smooth. During our unexpected situation with my husband, Musa was flexible, understanding and genuinely caring. It was nice to have no additional stress during an already difficult time and that meant a lot. Everything was exactly as advertised and honestly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
