To lobby was very beautiful. All staff were friendly and helpful. We utilized the valet parking and walked to almost all of our destinations. Overall it was a great stay in a convenient location.

Valet service was terrible—stole shoes from my vehicle. Trusted staff was terribly wrong. Luckily, I grabbed everything else from the car, leaving my shoes behind overnight, assuming the valet would have my vehicle checked in. Upon reading the pamphlet, the valet company is an affiliated company to Hampton Inn and NOT responsible for any possessions lost or stolen.

Excellent staff, friendly and responsive. Heads up that there is no parking, the hotel will validate parking for a self-park a couple of blocks away. As of Sept. 2025 the self park was about $58 a night
