We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Magnificent Chicago, definitely we will return to this beautiful , clean and nice place. I just have a recommendation, I like to have more light at the room, for me was so dark, not enough artificial light.

We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t prepared well—our shower gel and lotion were empty, and the coffee maker was filthy. Since there was a snowstorm, having working coffee in the room would have really helped. The snowstorm also caused the cable on the TVs to go out, so we were basically stuck in the room with no TV. The bright spot was the staff, who were absolutely amazing.

Arrival: Check in, valet, and bell service were all fast and easy. Plenty of people at front desk to handle the influx. Stay: The room was a bit worn (worn out chair arms, frayed, strings coming out, knocked/scratched furniture, paint peeling off bottom of bathroom doors) a few things broken (soap dish corners missing, vanity light). Despite the wear, the room was clean, plenty of towels and pillows, bed was very comfortable. quiet hotel, convenient location, staff friendly. Departure: Valet to leave was frustrating. Auto ticket system indicated standard 20 minutes but it took a SOLID hour to get the car. Timing was extremely important this trip, so accurate information would have helped. Sadly, No one at valet or front desk could provide an update, other than it was coming. Overall would stay again for the comfy beds and cleanliness, but would order the car an hour early every time.
