We had a great stay at this hotel for a long weekend getaway in Chicago (Wed-Sun). The room was generous and quiet. We grabbed lattes at the first-floor bar/ restaurant a few times. The hotel location is awesome, there is a grocery market across the street, easy access to the subway system a few blocks away and one block from all of the restaurants and shopping of Michigan avenue. We will definitely be staying here again on future Chicago trips!

It is right next to a big parking garage that allows you to pay for easy, accessible, unlimited in-and-out privileges. Great room, larger than expected. Only thing I noted is that you have to wait a few minutes to let the water heat up in the shower, but once it does heat up, it stays hot.

Pool closed

Hotel room was beautiful. Bummed the pool was closed. Was supposed to reopen the weekend of my trip but close was extended. Previous reviews stated the hotel gave an option to use another nearby hotels pool but that was unavailable for us. Kinda upsetting but we still enjoyed our stay.

Bed comfortable and staff nice but pool was closed for planned maintainance which was not the case when I booked and we were not told about this until check in. We were not offered any alternatives or compensation which is disappointing considering that the pool facilities listed/advertised that you pay to be able to use in the price were not usable.
