I did not like anything about the property. There were dirty sheets on the bed with blood stains. The beds were extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. The air conditioner didn't work, and the room was consistently hot. The tub in the restroom was rusty and brown. The property photos on the internet did not match being there in real life.

The room was clean with a good view of the city. The location is perfect for walking around and ride-shares/taxis are easily available throughout the day/night. Would stay there again.

The property is ideally located in River North, which is the heart of Chicago. Plenty of activity, easy accessibility to all other areas of the city, very walkable to shopping and restaurants (hotel next to Weber Grill). Parking is available, but as expected…costly!

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo. cuartos amplios y muy confortables. Cama cómoda gran tv microwave, gran vista y cómodo para trabajar . el personal del hotel muy amable. Olvidamos 1 valija en el hotel y fueron muy amables en ayudarme a enviarla en un uber al aeropuerto y mo perdí el vuelo gracias a eso. Lo único q mejoraría es el lobby del hotel, q es muy transitado y los sillones de la entrada necesitan ser reemplazados. Me resultó muchísimo, volveré
