Great stay, recommend

We had a great experience- convenient and clean and breakfast was hearty so we didn’t even need a big lunch! Parking was the only challenge. I think it said parking available but we really were on our own to find a nearby garage. This is normal for Chicago, and it is normal for them to be pricey so should be factored into overall budget. Still, with the room, food & parking altogether- totally worth it. I kept thinking there would be a catch with those resort fees with extras included, and for us there was not.

Everything was great, the bar and rooftop lounge was amazing with great atmosphere. Only negative thing about the stay, was the hotel door wouldn’t shut all the way if you didn’t slam it shut. And being on the top floor 28th, it took 20+ mins to get an empty elevator down at check out time.

I did not like the fact that "welcome package" was mandatory. The package contains: breakfast, few water bottles and few coupons for bar in the lobby -all that for approx. $140?! I do not drink, nor have regular breakfast (prefer breakfast outside of hotel). That was, IMO quite bad. Other than that, hotel itself and stuff is very friendly.
