Very nice hotel and very clean , right in the middle of everything , within walking distance to everything . The included bread was very good, with lots of options . The roof top restaurant is amazing , with great views and a great atmosphere.

This hotel was so nice. It is literally steps from Michigan Avenue and so convenient to walk anywhere. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well taken care of. The only negative thing I can say is we went to the rooftop bar at 10:30 and they told us it was closed. It’s supposed to close at 11 and there were other people sitting outside still having drinks. That was disappointing but all of the other amenities this hotel offers is great. You get a free breakfast too that’s pretty decent. For the cost and location, this was excellent.

Choose this hotel!

For starters, this hotel smelled like Hawaii! The five staff members that we dealt with were so professional and nice. Both bellhops were on top of the dealing with our luggage and oxygen tank! The rooftop bar was so nice and has a beautiful view! The room was so clean and updated! I actually left some items there after check out and didn't realize it till I got home and they retrieved my items and held them till I could pick them up! Choose this hotel!
