The front desk staff was very friendly both day and night shifts. The room was spotless. The breakfast was delicious and they kept it stocked. The pool table was an added bonus. Loved that it was located close to the United Center and a really nice variety of restaurants.

The room was good, initially upon arriving the temperature was too hot in the room (as well as other public places at the Marriott) so I was able to adjust the temperature to a more comfortable level. Stayed at this location for due to its location to RUSH University Medical being just across the street. Turned out to be a good choice for both easy of getting to RUSH as well as quality of the room. If you've selected this hotel for the RUSH connection, suggest parking in the RUSH hospital lot and having your parking ticket validated a the hospital for $8 per day parking.

I usually don’t do reviews but everything was absolutely amazing! Staff was incredibly nice, the beds were very comfortable, and the area is very convenient! the blue like is a 5 minute walk, and all the main attractions are a good distance from the hotel. cant wait to book here again!
