The breakfast was great, the space was clean. I couldn't find the sofa linens and some of the outlets didnt work. Maybe there is a switch i needed to turn on? Maybe that needs to be labeled better.

Staff was incredible, such a seamless checkin and checkout. Great, safe location close enough to the riverwalk and plenty of coffee and quick grab food places nearby. Ate dinner at the bar and the food was great. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Overall I’d recommend to anyone.

Clean hotel and great staff, but this stay missed

We’ve stayed here before and usually have a solid experience. The place is clean and the staff is great, but this visit was frustrating. We were here four nights. For three of those days the outlet bank that powers the refrigerator and coffee maker was out. Maintenance got it working once for a few hours, then it failed again overnight and our food was warm by morning. I reported it during the stay and again at checkout. No one offered a room change, a working mini fridge, or any gesture to make it right. We like this property and want to come back, but please fix the electrical on that side of the room and coach the team on service recovery. A simple fix, an alternative, or even a small credit would have gone a long way.
