The Mojitos from the bar were great however, this was the most unpleasant intercontinental I ever stayed at. The rooms were not very sanitary. I had to be moved almost twice. Staff did not have pleasant attitudes. However, the manager Malcolm did try his best to accommodate unfortunately, it was not good enough. I would not recommend this intercontinental to anyone. I recommend that if you’re looking for a luxury quality hotel you stay at the Ritz Carlton.

Hotel is clean but the executive tower rooms could definitely use a remodel in my opinion. Pool is definitely the highlight of this hotel. Overall staff was nice and the steakhouse was delicious.
