We loved the Kinzie! It was a convenient location walkable to most attractions. The front desk staff were all amazing. Free bottled water very welcome with the hot weather. We enjoyed the evening reception and Jose was such a friendly asset we looked forward to talking to him each night and sampling the wines. The included breakfast was well-stocked and had something for everyone. Room was cleaned daily and ready when we arrived! We had no complaints at all and will for sure return in the future as well as recommend this establishment to others.

Great stay, few opportunities.

Nightly reception a little lacking. Breakfast setup was inefficient. All food licated near the exits. Decent spread tho. Rooms clean. Some decor and flooring dated and stained. Overall a great place to stay. Great location. Near self parking. Walking distance to probably 50 bars and restaurants. Redline train 5 minutes walk. Chicago river half a block away.

Close to the action

Hotel is excellent! Very nice room and furnishings. A little bit small, but not surprising for the area/age of building. A bit noisy from street noise/emergency vehicles, but again not surprising for area. It wasn't excessive, just not silent. Be warned that parking is expensive.
