Welcome to Chicago — From the Best Seat in the City
Most people come to Chicago for the skyline, the food, the history, and the energy. You're going to experience all of it — and then come home to the lake every evening.
This beautifully renovated second-floor condo sits in a classic California-style 12-flat building, directly across from Leone Beach Park and Loyola Park on Lake Michigan. Step onto your private patio — coffee in the morning, wine in the evening, fire going at night — and you'll understand immediately why we love calling Rogers Park home.
The Space
A fully renovated, light-filled condo with everything you need and nothing you don't. The bedroom features a **queen bed and a full-size bed** — sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. The living room sofa can sleep a 5th guest, making this an ideal base for families, groups, or couples who like space. The unit has been thoughtfully designed to feel like a home, not a hotel room.

Chicago Is at Your Fingertips
You don't need a car. The 147 Outer Drive Express bus stops directly in front of the building — no walking, no transfers — and takes you straight down Lake Shore Drive to Michigan Avenue.
✦ Wrigley Field — 15 minutes by car, or 30 minutes on the 147 bus
✦ The Loop / Downtown — 25 minutes by car, 45 minutes on the 147 or the Red Line 'L' (Loyola stop, 2 blocks away)
✦ Michigan Avenue — on the 147 route. Shopping, dining, the lakefront path.
✦ O'Hare Airport— 60 minutes on the Red Line, no transfers
✦Divvy Bike Share — station directly across the street. Pick up a bike, and you're on the 18.5-mile Lakefront Trail instantly — all the way downtown and back.
Right Across the Street
Leone Beach Park and Loyola Park are directly across the street — free public access, wide sandy beach, green park space, and that unbeatable Chicago lakefront view. Kayak and paddleboard rentals are available at Leone Beach in season. Hartigan Beach (end of Albion Ave) is a neighborhood favorite with a pier and city skyline views. For the best sunrise in Chicago, walk 5 minutes north to Tobey Prinz Beach — it's worth setting the alarm.
Rogers Park — The Real Chicago
Rogers Park is Community Area No. — Chicago's northernmost lakefront neighborhood, and one of the most culturally diverse communities in the entire United States. Over 80 languages are spoken here. The food scene is extraordinary: West African, Peruvian, Ethiopian, Korean-American, Colombian, Caribbean — all within a 10-minute walk. Three blocks away stands the Emil Bach House, a 1915 Frank Lloyd Wright landmark. This is the Chicago that Chicagoans actually live in — authentic, vibrant, and real.
We want you to feel genuinely at home here — not just housed. Your Rogers Park Welcome Kit will be waiting on the counter when you arrive. We're available throughout your stay and respond to every message within 2 hours. Whether this is your first time in Chicago or your twentieth, we'll help you make the most of it.
And here's something we mean: your host is just one phone call or text away — any time. If you need anything, have a question, or want a local recommendation, reach out directly, and we'll be there. In person if needed.
Come with your coffee order, your appetite, and an open schedule. Chicago will take care of the rest.
