Location, location, location! The front of the hotel opens up to the river/River Walk instead of having another high rise directly across the street. It's totally convenient for walking around the city. Food was terrific. Front desk staff were not particularly friendly and there was very loud construction going on downstairs which was annoying.

Very gorgeous hotel and convenient for being in the loop. The hotel is situated right in front of the river walk which is great. However, it can be busy no matter what time of the day, it gets loud at night when people would have parties or very close to the road so you hear all honking and sirens.

Perfect location for wandering around the River Walk, Loop area, and River North. Very friendly staff in every part of the hotel. Nice rooftop bar, and a nice inside bar that is a little more chill. Comfy beds. Great view of the river. Just a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The lobby is under construction. The room was dirty. It took them 20 minutes to bring up sheets. The security guard was asleep at night. The front desk staff at night is rude. And if you wanted to call to get anything done? Good luck because the phone didn't work. I have stayed here many times, but would never stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room lighting was very dim. The bathroom lights would turn on, on its own. The sensor that detected movement was too sensitive. It would turn on randomly when I was trying to sleep. Service all around was amazing. Especially all the folks that work in the front and clean the rooms.
