Stayed here and it was genuinely beautiful and I had a good time. My complaint is that I stayed here almost 2 months ago and have reached out multiple times about wrong charges to my card as well as my deposit not being returned when they said they issued it. Till this day I haven’t seen my money back and they hang up whenever I call about it.

I recently stayed at LondonHouse and had a mixed experience. My first room (1434) had a strong smell of smoke, which was disappointing as I had requested a quiet room with a view through Expedia prior to arrival. The only response I received was a generic “we strive to accommodate” message, without confirming if my request would be honored. Upon check-in, the room was quiet but not much of a view, and when I asked to move, I was told a view would only be available as a paid upgrade. Given the condition of the first room, I felt this was handled poorly. Thankfully, the front desk did eventually move us to a larger, clean room with partial city views, which was comfortable. There were also smaller service issues that added up. On a rainy day, I was given only one umbrella and when I asked for a second for my husband, the associate curtly told me only one per room was allowed. Another time, when I asked if staff could warm up coffee or if there was a microwave available, I was simply told no, with no alternative offered. For a property of this level, the lack of courtesy and flexibility was disappointing. Positives included early check-in, spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches like robes, slippers, and Nespresso pods. The hotel is also beautifully located downtown. Overall, while the property itself is impressive, customer service and handling of guest requests fell short of expectations.

The rooms, bars, and hotel property was great. However, I had a room on the 5th floor, NE corner, and it was truly impossible to sleep. I think I maybe slept about 10 hours in 3 days. The sirens and motorcycles were SO LOUD, All. Night. Long!!! Because of this, I would not stay here again.

Great ad very recommended hotel

Great location, spacious and clean room, great restaurant and lobby, great service. I was missing a handheld showerhead in the shower and the ability to adjust the water flow level. Overall a great and very recommended hotel

The room was clean, but tucked away in a weird corner where no sunlight really came in. The hotel still charges for plastic bottled water (vs getting on board with carafes and water bottle refill stations that some savvier hotels now use). They surprisingly didn’t have an easy way to get coffee before 8a (and the front desk told me to go to their restaurant, which was close at the time). It seems simple to have a drip coffee dispenser in the lobby… small things like this meant that this hotel didn’t really deserve the 4-star rating. It feels like they are being pennywise pound-foolish on some of the amenities.
