Welcoming host! Amazing location! Anything needed or questions I had- host was very responsive and helpful! Very accommodating Highly recommend- easy and accessible transportation. We walked to Target , Marshalls, took uber (arrived immediately), took red and blue lines easily (stations close by), even walked back from united center after the game! Perfect location for what we did (Bulls game, Navy pier, China town, Michigan av, etc.) Was nice to come back to a nice, cozy, trendy place. Traveled with kids and was perfect with bunk beds! Rooms are huge with each having their own bathroom! Thank you for a fab stay!

Great location for our group. For most of the weekend we had plans elsewhere throughout the City, but with nearby access to public transit, nothing was too far away. We enjoyed the close proximity to the variety of food options in the Fulton Market District. The rooms were great, beds were comfortable, everything clean and convenient. A great space for our large group to unwind at the end of a couple very busy days.We had a minor mixup with the entry codes, but the response via email/text was very fast. Jake and Nathan also checked in a few times just to be sure we had everything we needed.

This property was perfect for our group of Chicago Marathon watchers! It is very convenient to trains to get around the city and is also only about a 10 minute walk from lots of restaurants and shopping in Fulton Market. Communication with owners was easy. We would come back!

Great Spot near West Loop

We loved our stay here. We had six people, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Everything was just as it was described in the listing. Communication with the owners was clear and easy. We had a great view of a thunderstorm one night and really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for having us!

Great stay for our large group’s yearly retreat!

This place had plenty of space, comfortable bedding, and is in a great location (Fulton market). We had a large group coming in from out of town for a yearly conference, and the place had plenty of room to accommodate us all. I was fairly impressed with how comfortable the beds were as well as the number of bathrooms available in the unit. It’s hard to find such a large place to accommodate 16+ people in the city, but this one felt plenty spacious! I’d definitely book again if we choose to have another Chicago based conference next year!

Wonderful stay in Fulton Market

Great, big, open space in a very hot part of Chicago! We had a total of 7 adults all of whom were very comfortable. Great access to transportation, good restaurants in the area, and gracious hosts. Would definitely stay again if I find myself back in Chicago with a large group.

Great place customer communication need improvement

Great place location and abundance of beds, this is the place to be if you have a large group and everyone want to sleep on its own bed. The cons: Poor communication, i only got reply when threatened to give a bad review The fridge still had items from previous tenants The bathrooms shower temperature is very different from room to room being the bedroom at the end of the hall the coldest and the first one boiling hot Two of these bathrooms leak water from the shower door , we manage to control it to not cause any water accumulation but there are signs of humidity damage in the past This is only an issue considering the price, for this amount of money i recommend to stay at the hilton in downtown with connected bedrooms

Lovely getaway!

The place offered stunning views, and it was nice to have plenty of room to all spread out (and everyone had their own bathroom!). The neighborhood had a lot of cafe/food/beverage options that were walkable, and it was conveniently located to mass transit. We had a tiny issue with the water heater, but Jake and Nathan were responsive and fixed the issue. Check in and out was a breeze!

Great Experience!

We had a great time! Loved the spacious, contemporary, well appointed penthouse and the convenient location. The hosts, Nathan and Jake, were terrific too - they responded to emails very quickly and were very helpful and considerate. And checkout was a breeze! Highly recommended.

Great spot for a big work team

Excellent location and very comfortable. There was a shower mishap, but the owners responded really quickly and are looking to get it fixed, so really no issue. Already booked in again for another trip!

Great location, close to downtown

My group had a great stay here. The location is close to downtown, and was very easy to get to McCormick's Place for our trade show and conference. Many restaurants within a short drive. Also a nice grocery store just a few blocks away. The property is very spacious and allowed for a bit of privacy even though we had 7 people staying here. The underbuilding parking was also a great perk! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the downtown Chicago area.

Perfect!

This condo was amazing! The first thing everyone commented when they arrived was how big it was. Plenty of space for a big group to spread out. We had a private chef come one night and the kitchen was well equipped for his needs. Great proximity to West Loop/Fulton Market restaurants and bars. No need for Ubers. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Spacious, great location!

Stayed here with a group of 6 adults but this place felt like it could accommodate a group of 20+! Large stylish living space and bedrooms which were clean and well kept. Location was perfect for our group to walk around and explore. Would definitely stay here again!

Staying in Fulton Market was perfect. There are so many great attractions in this area and it is incredibly easy to get around town from here. Would definitely stay here again. The place was spacious, clean, and the host was easy to communicate with.

A perfect stay for a large group

I can’t say enough good things about this stay! Nathan and Jake were wonderfully communicative and helpful. We had 18 people stay here for my sisters bachelorette, and it was super comfortable and never felt crowded! The place is STUNNING! Truly so gorgeous and very conveniently located. The beds are wildly comfortable and there are spacious closets and bathrooms in each bedroom. We all loved it so much and it made for the best HQ for our celebratory weekend. I also really appreciated the security features on the building and on the door to the unit itself. It truly has everything you need and then some for a wonderful stay in Chicago - I can’t recommend it enough!!!

PERFECT home for a large group!

We had the BEST time during our Chicago trip! The home is made for a large group to lodge comfortably. Everything was in great shape, the home was clean and well stocked. The beds are so comfortable and it worked well to have a private bathroom for each room. The gathering space is large with tons of natural light- perfect for photos! Our girls trip was fantastic and this homemade made it perfect!
