Don't expect too much from this hotel. There's strangers' hair on the floor and in your towels, dogs barking behind the wall, and rats scurrying near the dumpster. Plus, there are no "do not disturb" signs on the door, so be prepared for the housekeeper to not hear your voice and decide to come in at any cost.

Don't bother staying here

I have stayed in many Spartan hotels llike this previously. Almost without exception they have been clean,functional and acceptable. This place smelled, is outdated and not maintained.

A reasonably priced choice for a one night stay. Nice staff, small but clean room. Several good walkable dining options and a crosswalk about 0.2 miles if you want to cross the major road to reach dining. This was important since we were car less this trip

I had horrible experience with this motel. I am not recommending anyone to stay there.   We stayed for 2 nights and we didn’t get much sleep due to the disturbing experience and didn’t get what we paid for.  From the motel entrance to the hallway, it is very smelly, smelling like an unclean restroom with human waste. Our room has a door connected to another room, and the thin door is not soundproof.  The 1st night, the adjacent room played loud TV till 1am, and then we were woken up by loud TV again at 4am.  We only got 3 hours of sleep.  I called the front desk, they called that room as we can hear everything super clearly.  Then the couple in the room turned the volume down, but still talked loudly.  Before we went out in the morning, we heard they had sex.  I had my kid with me in the room, we were so disturbed, we ran outside. On the 2nd night, we went back around 11pm, it was quiet, so we thought the couple next door was checked out.  I checked online the motel was fully booked, no room was available, so we stayed put.  Unfortunately, we were woken up by screaming, shouting, and cursing at 5am.  The couple in room was fighting, and seemed like sweeping something in the room.  I was so tired and waited for them to stop.  But the quarreling continued, I had to check out early, since I almost threw up and was deeply bothered by their disgusting curse. I reported it to the front desk and asked for a refund. They declined and blamed us not to switch room earlier.

Nice clean room and hotel as a whole. The surrounding community very nice. But do ask for a room behind the building because the front of the hotel has a busy street with a lot of traffic.

This hotel is quiet and conveniently located, but the smell of cigars is overwhelming when you enter the hotel. They clean it well, but the inside smells like an unpleasant odor mixed with the smell of cigars and the chemical smell from the cleaning products. People who are sensitive to smells will probably not go there again.
