The breakfast was standard, coffee was very weak, had to go out to buy one because that didn’t cover my caffeine needs for the day. Other than that it was pretty good. The hotel has a restaurant on site and after traveling and being at the airport half a day that was very convenient. Hotel staff was great and very helpful. Bedroom was spacious and very clean (I am very picky with cleanliness) Location is great too.

This place was amazing! The staff were so nice and helpful. They were like personal assistants at your beck and call. They were so great! The location was accessible to everything. There are so many places to dine and all within walking distance. My new favorite are these extended stays because they are so spacious, love that!

My room was like a cave and I had no cellphone service in it. I paid for a “city view” but was directly facing a parking garage. The window was so filthy you could barely see out of it anyway. I’ll never stay here again.

Great location and easy to get to restaurants and other city activities. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Employees were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was just okay if there was anything to improve. Not bad but nothing exciting either.

Friendly, helpful staff. Many nearby restaurants and points of interest -- all walkable. Easy access to public transportation. Clean and safe. Our room was next to the elevator; persistent noise interupted sleep. Windows were dirty, interfering with our "city view" for which we paid extra.

Had a great 4 day stay. The hotel is central to everything we wanted to see, a short easy walk to the subway, has tons of restaurants. We always felt safe walking at night in this area. The hotel was clean and quiet. The only thing that was a bit of a clunker was that the hotel is on the second floor, so every time you walk in, there’s a wait for an elevator (only one was working) with tons of people lined up. We ended up taking the stairs every time. Other than that very minor observation, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay there the next time we visit Chicago.

We stayed a week here in Chicago. We had a one separate bedroom suite. Everything was perfect--very spacous, clean and bright. The breakfast buffet was great, saved time and money. The hot foods changed daily. Plenty of other choices. PERFECT LOCATION for transportation, things to do and restaurants--also a very safe area. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
