I love the RS.

Such a great hotel, the staff was extremely friendly and it couldn’t have better views or a better location. Absolutely perfect and we will stay here again when we come back for New Years! I will say there is a $32 a day fee when you check out, which I wasn’t aware of so keep that in mind! Get the river view rooms, also!

We had a fabulous time in Chicago made even better by our stay at the Royal Sonesta downtown. It is conveniently located and in walking distance to dozens of amazing restaurants, shops and activities. The Riverwalk is across the street and provides endless opportunities for photos, food and fun! The staff was welcoming and tended to our every need. 10 out of 10 will stay here again!

This hotel was beautiful! The lobby smells amazing when you walk in. The room was beautiful, and we were given a free upgrade which was so nice!
