Friendly Staff

I like the convenience and location of the hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast needs to be improved . The eggs were cold, hard and tasteless. The sausage was undercooked. Many food items were inferior. Also our rental was keyed in the parking lot.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room very clean and comfortable! We loved having dining options within walking distance. We had an early flight so we missed breakfast. They called the shuttle for us, so our very first experience overnight in Chicago was stressfree!!

Good, clean, and inexpensive

It was good. The hotel is next to midway so its always busy and active which has its perks because its constantly being cleaned and rooms dont stay empty and get musky smelling but its not overly noisy either. Its not a fancy hotel but clean and comfortable and theres some food options next door. Plus the price is great for just a layover night.

Great Hotel to use..

Whenever I fly into Midway, this is my Hotel of Choice. Its convenient, Clean, reasonable, all Staff are very Friendly & helpful. When i look for a Hotel.. I tend to look for location & remain in the Airport area.. i look for Hotels that have Shuttle Service & a Continental Breakfast. The have Hot & Cold Food, Coffee, & Juices. I am a returning patron when i fly here.

Not happy the heat didn’t work at all my kids and I were cold all night. We got in late at 1-2am from a flight and this was the only thing with beds! We checked out 8am and still waiting on manager call!
