The rooms were okay, but not exceptional. During check-in, we were unexpectedly charged $75 per room and an additional $26 for parking. We had three room reservations, so the extra costs added up quickly. Also, one of the bathtubs was clogged, which was inconvenient and disappointing. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations for the price.

The accessible shuttle was a great help!

The accessible room with two queen beds had a very nice layout. However, what was most impressive was the availability of a shuttle that was able to accommodate a disabled family member! This helped us tremendously and is greatly appreciated.

Great location

The room was spacious and clean, and also quiet, even though there were several groups with children. It was also close to many of the places we came to see, with plenty of restaurant choices close-by

We stayed 4 nights and expected to have our room cleaned at least mid-stay but when we asked the front desk on the morning of day 3 if they were going to have it cleaned they said we had to “ask. So we requested that it be done after 11 that day while we were out at a Cubs game, but when we returned that evening it hadn’t been cleaned. Harry Caray’s food was overpriced, food quality poor and the bar service was the only nice thing about the whole experience. We had a package to be delivered there that we were bringing to a sick relative, and while UPS showed it had been delivered, they “couldn’t find it”. Other than Jaycee the front desk staff was dismissive and unhelpful. We eventually reordered the item and thankfully received it in time for our family visit. We will never stay there again.

Needed improve improvement

I woke up this morning, hoping to make some coffee in the room, and the coffee maker had not been cleaned from the last occupant, and although there were pods to make more coffee, there was only one sugar set up. Bed was very comfortable, however, I was awakened very early in the morning because the blackout shades did not completely cover the window around the edges and my room face east and I was woken up by sunrise.
