The suite was fine enough, but there was only 2 pans in our room to cook anything. All of the trash cans are extremely small and there is no place to take the trash when the bag is full. The toilet backed up and would not flush in one of the bedrooms, the faucet in the other bedroom only drained extremely slow and appeared clogged. The phone system did not work so we could not call the main office for any help. When I went to the office, they just handed me a plunger and said to then leave it by the door and they will pick it up, instead of sending someone to look at it. The room was okay, but everything else was a bit of a let down

I’m from California and I visited my husband who is a sailor. I took him some home-cooked meals because he missed it. He has been away from home since August of 2024. I checked out at 4 AM on April 21st and forgot two large containers of neatly packaged food. Tried calling the hotel at least 10 to 15 times with no answer the line had a busy tone. I sent a message via Expedia inquiring about my food and I finally had my husband leave his base to go collect his food around 6 PM. to our surprise, they threw our home-cooked food away without asking.

The staff at the property extremely unhelpful. Everything you may want you need to go down to the desk. Asked for a broom to sweep the floor the staff denied it. Kitchen chair broke when sat on notified desk. New chair brought up by surprisingly by staff. Staff stated that this is the 3rd chair that has broken. Further stated that the owner purchased cheap chairs. I was injured when falling from chair and I was required to go down to fill out an accident report. They would not bring one up to the room. Also outside of property unkept (dirty diapers, cups, cans etc.) during the entire 5 night stay. One of the rooms had a fire place that when turned on smelled like dirty feet. Kitchen not fully stocked with appropriate dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We went there for my son’s Navy boot camp graduation and staying here added so much frustration to this once in a lifetime experience. I recommend to NEVER stay here.
