Two rooms also feature dedicated workspaces with desks and chairs, ideal for remote work or last-minute tasks. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, you'll appreciate the serene neighborhood setting, just moments from popular dining and shopping spots.

Kick back in the spacious living area with a large flat-screen TV and ample seating. Both sofas convert into beds, providing even more sleeping flexibility. The space is finished with sleek hardwood flooring and modern decor, all bathed in natural light pouring in through large windows that bring the charm of Chicago indoors.

The home boasts two full bathrooms, each fitted with a shower, toilet, sink, and LED-lit mirrors. We provide everything you need to refresh—plush towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap—so you can stay comfortable after a stroll through the city streets.

Feeling hungry? We've got 2 kitchens. Our kitchens are ready for action with high-end granite countertops and all the essentials: cookware, dishes, utensils, and full-sized appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Whether you're prepping a home-cooked meal or storing your favorite takeout, you’ll have everything you need.

House Rules:
We ask that you please respect our home and the neighbors. Please read these rules carefully, failure to comply could result in fines. We want everyone to have a great stay!

As disclosed we have security cameras at the front and side entrance of the house to ensure guest safety and that house rules are followed. External quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.

1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without first discussing with us. In the past noise disturbances have been reported by neighbors. We would like to avoid any such conflicts and ensure everyone has a great time at the home.

2.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. This will result in a fine of minimum $250. This is our personal home which is smoke free.

3.) Please be mindful of damaging the walls or stairs when transporting your luggage inside the house.

4.) Please ensure you have left the premises by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a late check out penalty.

5.) We ask that you remove your shoes when in the house.

6.) Please be respectful of the neighbors and mindful of noise and loud music. We ask that guests do not loudly loiter in front of the house from 10pm to 7am. We try to keep our neighbors happy!

7.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid.

8.) Do not lower the AC below 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

9.) Trash cans are located in the alley near the garage. Green is for recycling and brown is for trash. DO NOT PUT ANY TRASH IN THE NEIGHBORS CANS.

Kitchen Amenities: Please feel free to use anything you might need, but return back.

TVs: All TVs are smart TVs. Feel free to login to any streaming service you desire on the TVs.
