Very convenient - close to airport. Very handy free shuttle to hotel and to rental car. Affordable price. Shuttle drivers and staff were very courteous. Beds were a bit on the soft side.

Stay was good. Comfortable hotel, good location, great place to stay when flying out. Airplanes going to and from airport were loud and consistent all night though. Hotel is outdated and lady at front desk was not very friendly.

The shuttle bus driver did not assist me with opening the trunk, loading my luggage, or opening the door. He told me to do it myself and spoke to me bluntly. However, he assisted the other two passengers with all of these tasks. I noticed that they were white, and I am not.

I stayed at this hotel with two 9-year-old girls while traveling to pick up my elderly mother from the airport. One of the main reasons I chose this Motel 6 was because of the 24-hour shuttle service, which was advertised both on the side of their shuttle van and on a sign in the lobby. We used the shuttle to get to the airport around midnight for my mother’s 12:30 a.m. flight arrival. I informed the front desk staff clearly before we left that we would need a pickup afterward. Despite that, when I called for the return shuttle, I was told the driver had “gone home” and there was no one available to pick us up. This left me in a stressful and unsafe situation—stranded at the airport late at night with two young children and an elderly parent, trying to figure out how to get back to the hotel. This completely defeated the purpose of choosing this location and was both disappointing and unacceptable given their advertised 24-hour shuttle service.
