Unparalleled Experience at Swissotel Chicago! From the moment I stepped into Swissotel Chicago, I was treated to an unforgettable experience. The staff's professionalism and warmth were evident from the start, making me feel right at home. My room was a sanctuary of comfort and style, with breathtaking views of the city skyline and Lake Michigan. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room's design was top-notch. The hotel's amenities are second to none. I enjoyed a fantastic meal at The Palm, which served up some of the best steak I've ever had. The fitness center was well-equipped and immaculately clean, perfect for a morning workout. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every request was handled promptly and with a genuine smile. The location is also perfect, putting you within walking distance of Millennium Park, the Art Institute, and endless dining and shopping options. Swissotel Chicago isn't just a hotel; it's a destination. I can't recommend it enough and am already planning my next stay. A truly five-star experience in every sense of the word!

Room was a little outdated with shower leaking outside of bathroom from a bad seal had to place towel down to keep it from going into the room towel rack in poor condition about ready to fall off was really disappointed with the room considering the priced I paid for the room downstairs is very nice and guests services did a great job fix your rooms.

Great Location & Friendly Staff, few Hiccups

We had a good overall experience at Swissôtel Chicago. The location is fantastic close to everything we wanted to see and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. There were, however, a couple of things that stood out. When we arrived, there was no conditioner in the shower. While housekeeping responded quickly once I called, this is something that should be double-checked before guests check in. The other issue was with parking. The self-parking option felt a bit confusing and not clearly explained. We ended up using valet, and the valet staff was excellent—professional and efficient—but I think the hotel could do a better job of clarifying parking options for guests ahead of time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, but a few small improvements in housekeeping checks and guest communication would make the experience even better.

Great Stay With a Few Small Hiccups

Review of Swissôtel Chicago Our experience at Swissôtel Chicago was good overall. The location is excellent, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. That said, there are a couple of things worth mentioning. First, there was no conditioner in the shower when we arrived. While the team responded quickly once I called, I feel that this is something housekeeping should always check and restock before a guest arrives. It was a small but noticeable oversight. The second issue was with parking. The self-parking option felt a little deceiving. We decided to go with valet service instead, and I want to note that the valet staff was fantastic—very professional and efficient. However, I think the hotel should provide clearer, more transparent information about the self-parking process so guests understand their options upfront. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with a couple of small improvements, the experience could be even better.
