The room was quite outdated, though the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the stay more pleasant despite several areas that could use improvement.
Breakfast Experience: The breakfast setup felt disorganized and lacked polish. Staff were not wearing gloves, and the buffet presentation appeared cluttered and inexpensive. A few small changes—such as pre-setting tables with utensils and coffee cups, simplifying the buffet layout, and relocating the garbage bins out of sight—would significantly elevate the dining experience.
Facilities: One of the two elevators was out of service with no signage to inform guests. A simple notice would help manage expectations and avoid confusion.
Room Quality: It’s clear that some rooms have been renovated while others have not. Offering tiered pricing for updated versus standard rooms could appeal to a wider range of guests and help manage expectations.
Overall, the staff’s hospitality was the highlight, but the property could greatly benefit from some modest yet high-impact upgrades.
