Staff was wonderful, hotel was excellent! Loved the 24 hour coffee/tea/cocoa bar and the breakfast was awesome! Definitely recommend and will be using this hotel next time Iâm in the area!
Room was in great shape. Clean and very accommodating.
Breakfast was delicious.
The only thing I needed to ask for was clean towels. The message on the bathroom mirror noted that housekeeping would make the bed, change the towels and empty the baskets, every other day. I had to ask the desk attendant on the third day for clean towels and he checked the schedule and said we were not on the schedule to have a room refresh. I was a little put off by the statement, but we did get clean towels.
Don at the front desk was helpful and offered us a nice room on the 4th floor. We were able to charge our Tesla overnight using the Rivian app. The breakfast offered nice choices. Lavazza coffee was self-served hot and strong.
There was a big field to walk my dogs and dog treats in a bowl by the front desk. So far, the first night, we enjoyed our stay.
However, it was extremely frustrating trying to talk to the front desk by calling the 630-329-8046. It was an automative message that then texted me a number 1-800-497-2175. The recording made me enter my itinerary number, and after entering the itinerary number from Expedia, the recording stated that it was invalid and hung up on me. Very frustrating!!!
