Kassie at Royal Sonesta went out of her way. I had booked our 6th anniversary there and had forgotten to mention it when I booked the trip. I mentioned it to Kassie at the time of check in and she upgraded us to a spectacularly beautiful suite. Then we went went out Friday evening, when we returned to our hotel, she had champagne, pastries and a lovely card awaiting us. We were blown away. We have stayed at the Royal Sonesta River downtown before and we will always continue to stay there because of people like Kassie. Thank you Kassie and Royal Sonesta for making our trip special.

Location for this hotel was excellent. From the 31st floor we had the river view and could see all the way down the river and views of all the buildings. Bathroom was excellent just needed a double sink. Bed was very comfy and relaxing

Would not stay again. House keeping started knocking on doors at 8:30 and again at 9:15 on our checkout day. When we got into our room it smelled over the top of cleaning products. When I walked across the carpet my socks got completely soaked as it was wet across the carpet

Nice hotel right on the riverside. All staff I interacted with were polite and professional. I had an issue with the safe in my room and reception said that they will inform maintenance. 10 minutes later maintenance show up and are unable to fix the issue so they ended up replacing the entire safe instead, even the maintenance man said he has never had to do that before. I'm very happy with the service I received here and would happily stay again.
