Unique Boutique luxury Bed and Breakfast

The Nest is a Boutique Bed and Breakfast where you can expect a very special and unique experience. A plant-based paradise in the heart of Chichester, West Sussex.

As well as it’s opulent and luxury surroundings in your own private suite of rooms with a super king bed and private en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, you will also be able to experience the delights of delicious home cooked plant-based food privately cooked for you by your host Jane who is a qualified plant-based chef. At “The Nest” we also have an electric car charging point.

There are various breakfast options for you to choose from which can be served in your own private dinning suite. As a plant based chef it is my aim to serve hearty, filling, delicious food that will appeal to everyone whether you are plant based or not. Food is not included in the nightly price and will be charged separately by your host at the end of your stay.

Special occasions can also be catered for with cake, chocolates, bubbly and flowers by prior arrangement with Jane who can make every celebration extra special for you and your loved one.

This is the first fully plant-based B&B in West Sussex and only one of a handful in the whole of the Uk and whether you are vegan or not we are confident that you will enjoy the unique boutique style room service experience that The Nest has to offer.

All food is plant based with the exception of the availability of organic free range eggs on request as well as dairy milk if required.

Breakfast must be pre ordered in advance before your arrival.

Option 1. A continental cold platter for two

Selection of pastries including croissants, pains au chocolat, cinnamon swirls, sourdough toast with butter & Jam.
Overnight oats with a selection of nuts, seeds and dried fruits and topped with homemade seed and nut granola, berries, compote and yogurt.
Selection of fresh fruit, tea, coffee and juice.

£18.00 for 1 person


Option 2. A buffet style hot food selection for two that is kept warm on a hot plate.

It consists of- Eggs- either scrambled tofu style eggs or organic Riverford free range scrambled eggs
This isn’t bacon “Bacon”
This isn’t pork “Sausages”
Mushrooms sautéed in Garlic and wild garlic, vine tomatoes, hash browns, beans
Toast with butter and Jam
Tea, coffee & Juice.

£40 per hot buffet for 2 people
£22 for one person


Option 3 - Healthy yet delicious and very substantial 😋Option

Sourdough toast topped with pesto spinach, portobello garlic mushrooms and avocado plus an option of poached egg or grilled tomato / Orange Juice.

£32 for 2 people
£16 for 1 person

All of the above options can be adapted for single occupancy and priced accordingly.


Lighter and allergy free options are also available on request such as -
Porridge, beans on toast, avocado on toast, overnight oats.

Do it yourself breakfast hampers are also available on request
