Beautiful, bright apartment with modern décor, located in a private gated community with common areas perfect for enjoying your vacation, including communal swimming pools for adults and children (open from mid-June to mid-September), a paddle tennis court, and landscaped gardens...and parking within the complex, with no assigned spots. Sleeps up to 4 people.



It features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—a full bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious living room with a TV, Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning, plus access to the rooftop terrace with views of the Chiclana marshes and salt flats. Buen apartamento. 2 habitaciones amplias. Las habitaciones, baño y salón/cocina estan en la misma planta,la terraza privada en la planta superior, a través de las escaleras. Tiene lavavajillas y lavadora. Todo bastante nuevo y cuidado, salvo la bañera, que necesita un cambio. Hemos ido una pareja con una niña de 10 años y perfecto, muy agusto.
