Internet was slow but its okay.
Place was very convenient to any shopping, food, rentals.
Would recommend to stay again. Thank you to one of the staff (male filipino) thst help me. I appreciate you.
When we arrived inside our room there were clumps of hair on the shower walls, dust and a hair tie behind the toilet and in the vanity area. Overall it seemed as though the room had not been properly cleaned.
The electric is a bit sketchy. The AC units are connected to the nornal.plugs instead of the plug meant for electric so everything dins when the AC runs. The Internet doesn't work well, and neither does the TV. Bring a wifi hotspot.
Excellent staff. Good breakfast options. Limited juice, i.e. just powdered lemonade. Great pool. Needs some renovations. Overall, great for the price and location.
Front desk was very welcoming and accommodating during our stay for Pony Swim Week. Breakfast was wonderful, room was nice and the location was right in the middle of everything.
The staff was great. The room was ok, the bathroom was not - the water spout in the bathtub was coming out of the wall and the sink had a foul smell everytime we turned on the water.
The rooms were very clean, and the shower worked so WELL (hot and nice pressure). The bathroom grout floor could use sprucing. BUT it was clean, on the main drag and parking pass so enough spaces for guests.
This place was an experience â and not the good kind.
Check-in was awkward. The front desk clerk had the enthusiasm of a houseplant and seemed more interested in badmouthing local restaurants than actually helping us. Instead of recommendations, we got unsolicited commentary on which places were âracistâ or served frozen food. Not exactly the warm welcome you hope for.
The room looked fine at first glance â until we pulled back the sheets. One bed had a dried red mystery stain that looked suspiciously like blood and mucus. The other bed? Covered in long, curly black hairs. The linens were clearly wrinkled and used. It was the kind of thing that makes your skin crawl.
We went to the front desk to request fresh bedding, and a man and woman came to âinspect.â They initially refused to even look at the beds until we pointed things out directly. The man insisted the sheets had already been changed â which was bold, considering we were standing there staring at what could only be described as biohazard bedding.
They eventually brought clean sheets and changed them. When we asked about the pillows, which we also told them were dirty (they smelled like an old manâs sweaty scalp), they just handed us pillowcases for us to change ourselves. Nothing says hospitality like DIY germ mitigation in a double twin room you just paid $300 to stay in for one night.
If you value basic cleanliness and professionalism â stay elsewhere.
The television did not work my entire stay. The property manager wanted to move my room with no discount. Only discount I got out of 900 dollars was 39 dollars back. My tv did not work the entire three day stay. Horrible.
